The best way to submit is by completing the submission form and by sharing a link to an online photo gallery such as Pixieset, Cloudspot, or Pass.
Please ensure that the photos can be viewed and are downloadable. Please do not send an invitation to the gallery; instead add the shareable link to this form.
Before completing the form, please confirm with the couple on the photo that they accept to be featured.
Please do not send a submission via social media as is it easy to miss Direct Messages (DMs) and comments.
Finally please do not send a link to a blog.

Having your photographer submit the wedding ensures that we have all the copyright requirements that we need to be able to feature your beautiful wedding.
Submission Guidelines
We are looking for high quality, elegant and stylish photos in a wide variety of photography styles, wedding details, event styling and great stories.
Submissions are considered for wedding guides, blog features and subscription newsletters.
We love diversity and accept submissions from every ethnicity, all cultures and faiths, as well as couples of all races, sizes, shapes and sexual orientation.

Photo Requirements
Please send 80-100 hi-res professional photos without pixelation and with no watermarks. Please do not send sideways photos or collages.
Photos should be single files at minimum 1000px wide and no larger than 3000px.
Avoid black and white photos.

A Note to share
We require a minimum of 200 words from you or the couple sharing details of the wedding and favorites from the wedding. This adds lots of value to your feature and makes it unique.
- Real Weddings- Words from the couple about their day and advice to couples planning a wedding.
- Bridals- Proposal story from the brides perspective.
- Elopements- Words from the couple about their elopement and advice for couples planning the same.
- Engagement Sessions- Couple’s proposal story and their reactions.
- Proposal- Behind the scenes from the couple or photographer and tips to consider when planning a proposal.
- Styles Shoot- The inspiration behind the design of the shoot. Tips on how the shoot can inspire weddings.
- Celebrations- Information about the event, the couple’s love story and advice to couples.
Vendor List
An incomplete form, submissions with no vendors listed or with no images will not be considered or accepted.
We love to support small business and one of the ways we do that is by giving credit to them.
Frequently forgotten vendors are: Dress designer, dress store, bridesmaids attire, men’s attire, jewelry, officiant, invitation designer, transportation, and favors.
Exclusivity
Once your submission has been featured, we kindly ask that you and all the vendors involved wait 30 days after the publish date before submitting it to another publication.
Please note that once your submission has been published, we cannot take it down from the website under any circumstances.
When featured, we continue to promote your submission for at least a year to ensure it is seen by all our readers and audience.
We will continue to credit all the vendors. However, for images shared to pinterest we only credit the photographer. Images pinned to pinterest are always linked to the original post which contains a list of all vendors.
Response Time
Whether the submission is accepted or not, we respond to every submission within 2 weeks. If you do not get a response from us in 2 weeks, please feel free to reach out to us and give use a sweet nudge.
We are online M-F during regular business hours CST.
Please do not be frustrated if your submission is not accepted. We value and appreciate you and can only accept a limited amount of submissions that align with our readers.
Publication Time
Once we have everything needed for the feature, we then send you a confirmation email that includes the publishing date. Currently there is a 8 weeks wait time before publication.
